Stephanie Salas, senior, was recognized as Student of the Month. Stephanie has a passion in becoming a leader in the Hispanic community to prove that statistics are wrong. Stephanie thinks of herself as a good leader and she’s able to work with anyone. Stephanie is an AVID scholar, she’s in show choir, she’s a stage manager for the musical 9to5, she also is in DECA for marking and plans on joining the GSA club. Stephanie says she challenges herself to go above and beyond no matter the situation at home or life struggles she has. After high school she plans on going to UMKC college or UMSL and graduating. She’s going to major in business real estate and minor in music performance
