The boys bathrooms at Battle High School have been subpar for four years now. They are missing mirrors and dividers, and often lack paper towels and soap. Because of this, at least one bathroom is often closed during the school day. This causes students to have to walk further from their classes, with the added effect of missing more class times.
The bathrooms originally took a big hit in 2021 with the “Devious Licks” trend on TikTok. The trend included incidents like taking rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, and more from school bathrooms. Because of this, students at Battle High School are still forced to deal with the repercussions of not being inconvenienced while trying to wash their hands correctly.
Although each bathroom is different, some are better than others. For instance, the bathroom in lower G is missing a mirror but has soap dispensers, whereas the bathroom in the upper H hallway has all its mirrors but is missing a soap dispenser.
