Emily Adams, Newspaper Editor
Emily Adams is the editor of Battle High School’s 2015-2016 Spartan Spearhead. As if that busy role wasn’t enough, she is also a senior with a full course load and very involved with FFA. Because of her large role in FFA, naturally Emily has a big heart for animals and the environment. She enjoys spending time with her two cats and her horses. While she isn’t busy with school, the newspaper, or her job she loves to be outside and go hiking at Rockbridge State Park and camping at various places. From the moment you start talking to Emily her sweet and caring personality shines. She is incredibly kind to everyone she interacts with and will help anyone she can. Being the editor of our newspaper will give Emily lots of experience for her future, she will be attending Mizzou’s Journalism Program in the fall of 2016. She is excited about her future at Mizzou because she loves the atmosphere of Columbia, all of the great restaurants, her current favorite is Booche’s, and fun little boutiques downtown. She plans to be an environmental journalist so she can shed light on the good and exciting things happening in the environmental world and also to spread awareness on the things that our world needs help protecting. Emily is a fantastic writer with a great interest in the environment and world around her, watch out Mizzou!
