Its Playoff time, well district playoff time and the 5-4 Spartans get the home field advantage against the 4-5 Wentzville Holt Indians.

The Spartans are coming into this game after a bye week from the district quarterfinals, but coming off its 41-28 win two weeks ago in its final regular season against the 6-3 Hannibal Pirates. Spartans Senior Quarterback Jaren Lewis showed off the arm in week nine after throwing four touchdown passes to Senior WR Drew Gillig, the defense forced four turnovers in the 2nd half which was a momentum spark considering the Spartans were down 14-21 at halftime.

The Indians are coming in also on a bye but two weeks ago with a 42-21 win at Liberty (Wentzville) High School, they have a powerful offense who can punch it in when they get the chance, but the defensive struggles have cost the Indians a ton of points, if they can allow the Spartans to less than their season average, they could come up with the win.

The Indians and Spartans have a history against each other as this will be their fifth ever matchup between these two, but the Spartans easily will come with an advantage as they have won every time outscoring the Indians 221 to 87 in the four matchups.
