During a worldwide pandemic, things can get a bit stressful and boring. If you’re wanting to alleviate any stress or you’re wanting to try something new but don’t know what to do, this is your opportunity. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4pm to 6pm, Coach Destiny is inviting all for virtual dance classes.

From Ballet to Hip hop, you get a chance to show off your moves as well as learn dance terminology and stretch and conditioning. The mission is to nurture and grow the love for dance, encourage self confidence, and motivate individuals to stay healthy and positive.

“I wanted to give students the opportunity to still dance even if there’s not a team in place. This cuts the pressure off those who haven’t taken dance classes or might be a little shy when it comes to dancing in front of others. Having Zoom classes is fun, educating, motivating and most important is the best way to stay healthy at this point in time.” Coach Destiny says.

Dancing is an exciting way to express oneself as well as maintain shape inside and out. It helps to build confidence and self-esteem on your own body perception, giving you the potential to accept your body as it is and appreciate its own beauty, movement, and rhythm.

If you’re interested in learning how to dance during times like these. Look at the daily announcements in your email and find the zoom information. It’s free and anyone is allowed to join no matter your dancing experience.
