Alexia Adeshakin, a senior here at Battle has worked all four years of her high school career to make a difference and to change people’s lives. She has achieved a 4.0 GPA, and has organized many events in order to fundraise and change how people live. Alexia has already accomplished goals that many hope to achieve throughout all of their lives, and she wants to focus on developing her character and becoming more fluent in Spanish. While everyone knows how successful and dedicated a student she is, Alexia was still surprised and excited about being given the title. She said, “It feels good to win the title, after all of the hard work I put towards the school.” When she gets out of high school, Alexia hopes to do something with Spanish as well as public service, which further shows her dedication to the improvement of others and how much she deserves this award. The Battle publications staff congratulate Alexia on this title, and hope to see her continue doing great things.
